NordVPN worked well when I tested it at my home, but I often travel and NordVPN did not work in any of multiple instances during 24 days on the road. During this time away from home, I attempted to contact tech support several times (perhaps 4). The reply in every case was that they were experiencing high volumes of complaints and would contact me as soon as possible. That time was 3 days after I returned home. I then canceled my subscription and expected a refund as promised. but did not receive one.

Try again…run nordvpn on a tablet and 2 pcs. Drops connection or hangs every few minutes. Tried about a dozen different servers and tested on 2 different isps. Same result. Support not great…overall the experience to date can be summed up in 2 words: second rate

Horrible experience with NordVpn. I have pre-paid 2 yeard and it was waste of money.
Most time NordVPN connect, works for 20 seconds, then it stay connected but all connections ends with time out.

I am utterly convinced that all the reviews of nordvpn online are FAKED. I signed up for their service and it is THE worst speeds I have ever seen in my life for a vpn of any kind. With all the reviews of them at the top it is UTTERLY BULLSHIT and fraudulent, they must pay off a shitload of Indians to make up these bullshit reviews of them on websites and youtube, utterly fucking garbage. Can’t believe people can be so fucking shameless.

No matter what server I use it regularly drops the connection every 9 or 10 minutes then restarts it a minute or so later. That may be OK if you’re surfing the web but when you are trying to get a stock quote or enter a trade 1 minute is an eternity. And then Outlook freezes up and I have to restart it. I would not use this app for any business critical applications
