I paid a full years subscription . It worked well for two months . Now all of a sudden I cannot connect and it cuts off the wifi whilst trying . I have tried contacting support twice and got no response . I went onto Twitter twice and got no reply . I find the service really appalling . I would like a refund of my subscription . I expect I will not get this and continue to be ignored .
