The Private Internet Access is always disconnecting, like someone is hacking into my computer.  It never stays connected. I have to continue to reconnect every few seconds.

Great choice for torrenting. I like the speed and overall smoothness when it comes to their P2P servers. Of course it would be better if all servers supported such traffic but there are quite a lot of them so it’s not a big deal.

Lots of problems with this service, that most of the time support was unable to resolve. Can’t sign into my account. Used to be able to get live chat consistently & can’t now.

Their VPN does not detect the proper network interface on your machine, and is often NOT securing you even if their site says you are secured. *YOU ARE NOT* Don’t bother writing to tech support. I paid a full years subscription . It worked well for two months . Now all of a sudden I cannot connect and it cuts off the wifi whilst trying . I have tried contacting support twice and got no response . I went onto Twitter twice and got no reply . I find the service really appalling . I would like a refund of my subscription . I expect I will not get this and continue to be ignored .

Don’t buy it. It is only a beta version, didn’t work, and after a week of crap support, I still can’t get a refund. It worked for maybe five minutes. Now they want me to go in to log files to edit. It is impossible to remove TotalVPN. The Windows service (named OVPNService) and related driver remain there after uninstall. Setup files remain there after uninstall.
