I have tested this VPN full-scale. In short:
without the vpn my router was targeted for heavy ddos attack and was shut down.
DDOS was not the only attack endured.
With this vpn I could uphold the attacks and keep working, without any interruptions at all. In this way I could even isolate the source by shutting down all other sources and counter.
