Is the US Version of Netflix Better than the Rest of the World?
So what is the point of getting the US version of Netflix? Well, the US Netflix library has the most content–both in terms of movies, and TV shows. According to some outdated statistics from 2016 (meaning there are simply more TV shows and movies everywhere), the US version of Netflix has significantly more TV shows and movies than most other places. In 2016, the US version of Netflix had 1157 TV shows, 4593 movies, compared to that of somewhere like Australia having a small respective 443 TV shows and 1585 movies.
That’s quite a big difference. Depending on where you live in the world, these numbers can change–for better or worse. Somewhere like Puerto Rico has almost the same amount as the US, but places like Thailand, Russia, Hong Kong, and Korea, have fewer than 200 TV shows available with movies numbering below 600!

So as you can see, it’s very much worth getting the US version of things, especially when it comes to Netflix. By tricking Netflix into thinking you are in the US, you can get access to much more content. You can also unblock US only services like Hulu which aren’t available worldwide to get access to some awesome TV shows like Handmaid’s tale!
How to Unblock US Netflix on Streaming Devices?
Netflix is probably the most aggressive online streaming service when it comes to blocking people trying to get around geo-restrictions. In 2016, Netflix decided it didn’t want people to access content in terms of a worldwide library, so they made it so that everyone around the world was geo-restricted into content by region, meaning that Russians only get access to the Russian Netflix and so on.
People tried to get around these restrictions with proxies and VPNs by connecting to remote servers to change their IP address and thus how they appear geographically to a website (what’s the difference between a proxy and a VPN you ask?), but Netflix had developed a pretty smart means to block and detect users using proxies and VPNs, restricting users to using Netflix without said proxies and VPNs allowing access only without them and to real world locations.

Steps:

How to Unblock Streaming Services like Hulu, BBC iPlayer, Crunchyroll?
